Privacy policy

OverLap doesn’t collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Nothing you record is sent to us or to anyone else: everything stays on your iPhone and your Apple Watch.

Camera

The camera detects drones crossing the gate. Images are analysed on the iPhone and never leave it.

Microphone

The microphone records the sound of the race, only to add it to your goggle video. The recording is stored on the iPhone and never sent.

Photos

OverLap only asks to add to your library, to save the videos you export. You choose goggle recordings yourself with the system picker; the app can’t browse your library.

Apple Watch

The iPhone and the Watch exchange race data directly with each other, without any server.

Purchase

OverLap Pro is sold by Apple. The app never sees your payment details, only whether Pro is unlocked.

Backups

Your data is part of your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), handled by Apple under your own settings.
